Khampache Sherpa Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. was started in 2042 B.S. as a proprietorship “C” class firm. At the beginning, the company was engaged mainly in executing construction of road work, building work etc in Dhankuta District in 2043 to 2049 B.S. and then promoted to “B” class.
Finally the dream came true after being promoted to “B” class in 2049 B.S. After initiation, this company started work in different areas of civil engineering construction. To create a different image, apart from the general equipping itself in respect of qualified technical manpower and general plant and machine. This has made the company able to work in a number of diversified constructional projects situated in different parts of the country at a time, which were available competitions. The company is executing three to four diversified projects at a time and thus has been able to promote itself from class ‘C’ to class ‘B’ within this short period within the rules and regulation of HMG criteria. To make the firm stronger it is changed from sole proprietorship to Private Limited in 2060 B.S. From the date it has completed construction of road work in various parts of Nepal.
At present, with the facility of equipment and technical manpower available in the company, it has started to work in greater magnitudinal civil construction projects and is concentrating in minimizing the regular idle periods arising in between getting such constructional plants and manpower as and when necessary, thus to accommodate and prepare itself to execute any kind of civil engineering construction work.
Khampache Sherpa Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. is since its beginning being headed by Mr. Ringi Sherpa as the Managing Director alongwith Mr. Ang Dawa Sherpa and Mr. Nawa Sherpa as the Directors of the company.
